How it works
Five steps from a tired tube to a boat that looks and holds like new.

Measure
Grab your boat's make, model, length and tube diameter — or send photos and let us work it out with you. Chamber count and hardware matter, so note what your current tube has.

Request a quote
Submit the online form with your boat details, tube spec, attachments and photos. It takes a few minutes and creates your account at the same time.
- 3
Approve the price
A manager reviews your request and sends a firm price to your account. You approve it there, and an invoice arrives from our QuickBooks account so you can pay by card or bank transfer.

We build
Your job enters the production queue. One of our tube makers confirms measurements, builds the tube set in Orca (Hypalon/CSM) and your color, and fits the hardware you selected.

Install, pickup or delivery
We install on your hull here in Hialeah or hand the boat back at pickup. Local delivery is available, and we ship crated tubes anywhere by freight forwarder, FedEx or UPS. Your account shows each stage as it happens.
Send us your old tube
We use your old tube as the template for the new one. Watch how to cut it off the hull, then box it and ship it to us.
Read the shipping instructionsWhat we need from you
- • Boat make, model and year (or overall length if it's a one-off hull)
- • Tube diameter and number of chambers, if you know them
- • Photos of the boat and the existing tube, including any damage
- • Registration or HIN — it helps us match records later
